Curiouser and curiouser

We sell these as “gourmet ding-dongs.” Two layers of fudgy chocolate cake cover a filling of whipped cream or chocolate mousse. The whole sandwich is enrobed in a double layer of chocolate ganache. Really rich, but oh so adorable.

I won the argument with my boss over whether the cakes should read “Eat me” or “Bite me.” I prefer my cakes only passive aggressively hostile.

Great job here. I really enjoyed what you had to say. Keep going because you definitely bring a new voice to this subject. Not many people would say what you’ve said and still make it interesting. Well, at least I’m interested. Cant wait to see more of this from you.
