You know what I don’t use this for? Frothing milk. You know what I DO use this for? Whipping small amounts of cream! Seriously, this thing is a miracle worker! When I want a small amount of whipped cream, to put on one or two desserts, I don’t bother getting out the mixer–I just turn to this little guy! Pour cold cream into a cup and froth, froth away until you have perfectly pillowy whipped cream. I find that smaller quantities of cream (less than 1/2 cup) work best for this.
