This luscious chocolate spread is made with coconut oil, so it's naturally dairy-free!
Start by chopping up 4 oz dark chocolate. Add water and sugar to a saucepan set over medium heat.
Add cocoa powder and salt, then stir as it heats up.
Bring it to a simmer, then remove it from heat and add vanilla and coconut oil.
Add the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
This spread is delicious on bread, waffles, pancakes... basically everything!
