This Gingerbread Cheesecake features a rich & creamy gingerbread filling and a gingersnap cookie crust!
Pour in the molasses and mix until well combined.
Slowly add the brown and granulated sugar, flour, spices, vanilla and heavy cream.
Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with a gingersnap crust, and bake.
After completely cooling, decorate with whipped cream and cookies.
