PUMPKIN SPICE cheesecake

This creamy pumpkin cheesecake swirled with spices is the perfect fall dessert!

To prepare the filling, beat softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add the pumpkin puree . . .

. . . and mix well until combined!

With the mixer on low,  add in sugar, flour, and pumpkin pie spice.

Add in the vanilla and  heavy cream, mix until  just combined.

Mix eggs in one at a  time, being careful not  to over-mix.

Pour the filling over the crust, then bake and cool before slicing.
