THE PERFECT GINGERBREAD CHEESECAKE

Gingerbread Cheesecake has the perfect creamy filling seasoned with warm spices and a gingersnap cookie crust!

Mix the cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Pour in the molasses and mix until well combined.

Slowly add the brown and granulated sugar, flour, spices, vanilla, and heavy cream.

Add the eggs one at  a time until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with a gingersnap crust, and bake.

After completely cooling, decorate with whipped cream, and cookies.
