Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip a paintbrush in melted chocolate, and lightly sketch out the length of the feather.
Keep making small brushstrokes out from the center, then repeat on the other side.
While the chocolate is still wet, use a toothpick to scratch at the ends for a more ragged look.
Pipe a line of chocolate down the center of the feather, extending it a bit from the end.
Add some sparkle to your feathers by using a dry brush to cover them in edible luster dust! (Optional but beautiful.)
