Chop 18 Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside for now.
Combine white chocolate chips, butter, & sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power.
Stir everything very well. The white chips and butter won't be melted yet.
Continue to microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring after each time.
Add vanilla and salt to the melted white chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
Stir the Oreo chunks into the fudge.
Scrape the fudge into a pan and spread into an even layer.
Scatter a few Oreo pieces over the top and press them in gently.
Once set, slice the fudge into small pieces.
