You will need: • blue buttercream • a piping bag & grass tip • cookie dough filling • baked & cooled cupcakes Get the recipe

Cut a hole in a cupcake, and stuff it with cookie dough filling. Then put the top of the cupcake back on.

Pipe blue buttercream "fur" all over the top of the cupcake. Get the recipe

Finish by adding a mini chocolate chip cookie in the mouth, and two candy eyes on top.
