This authentic Key Lime Pie recipe is the dessert of summer! The sweet-tart creamy filling is SO refreshing, and is bursting with fresh citrus flavor.

Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and granulated sugar until it becomes the texture of wet sand.

Press the crust mixture evenly on the bottom and up the sides of your pie pan, then bake for 15 minutes.

Zest and juice the fresh key limes. Then whisk together the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk.

Add the fresh lime juice, zest and salt. Whisk until combined.

Pour the filling into the  graham cracker crust, and bake till done. Then refrigerate to set before decorating and eating!
