WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

White chocolate is mixed with REAL champagne to make silky-smooth truffles that melt in your mouth! 

White Chocolate Champagne Heavy Cream Unsalted Butter Salt White Candy Coating Edible Gold Leaf (optional)

Ingredients

Gently heat champagne in small saucepan to concentrate the flavor.

Place white chocolate, salt, and butter in heat-safe bowl. Meanwhile heat up the cream.

Pour both champagne & hot cream into the white chocolate mixture.

Whisk until well-blended. Refrigerate until firm.

Once firm, use candy scoop to form 1-inch balls.

Dust your hands with powdered sugar, and roll the truffles into 1-inch balls.

Place balls on parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

Dip truffle in melted candy coating or white chocolate.

Decorate with edible gold  leaf. (optional but gorgeous!)
