HYDRANGEA CAKES

These striking Hydrangea Cakes are decorated with pastel buttercream to look real. They're surprisingly easy to decorate, too!

Bake multi-colored cakes. Once they are cool, slice them into 3 layers each.

Spread frosting between each layer, then cover the cakes with a thin layer of frosting to trap in crumbs.

Fill a piping bag with layers of pastel frosting, fit with a star tip and pipe loose stars on top.

Twist the piping bag in different directions as you pipe stars over the entire surface to create a natural look.
