MIXED BERRY COBBLER

Sweet and Juicy

Use fresh or frozen berries to make the juciest Mixed Berry Cobbler with a buttery, sugar-topped crust!

What You'll Need

Combine the berries, sugar, corn starch, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Pour the berry mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.

Make the topping: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter.

Mix it together between your fingers until it is fine crumbs.

Add buttermilk and stir until just incorporated. Don't overmix!

Take scoopfuls of the topping mixture and place it on top of the berries.

Brush the top with more buttermilk, and sprinkle with lots of sugar.

Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.

Enjoy!
