PUFF PASTRY APPLE ROSES

These pretty "roses" are easy to make and are great as an appetizer or dessert!

Roll out puff pastry and cut it into long strips.

Lay apple slices along the top of a pastry strip, overlapping them slightly.

Spread cranberry sauce on the apples.

Add thinly sliced gouda cheese on top.

Roll the puff pastry up into a spiral, then pinch it closed on the bottom.

Place the roses in muffin cups & bake until puffed & golden.
