Melt white candy coating (or white chocolate chips) in the microwave and stir until melted and smooth.
Dunk an oreo in the melted coating and submerge it. Take it out and let the excess drip off, then set it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cut mini peanut butter cups in half, then while the coating is still wet, stick them on top of the dipped Oreos.
