This pretty pink drink is easy to make, and completely delicious! It's non-alcoholic so everyone in the family can enjoy it.

Combine fresh raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl, and mash them into a puree.

Put a spoonful of puree in the bottom of your glasses. Add a scoop of raspberry sherbet, then top with sparkling pink lemonade.
