fast & Easy vanilla bean ice cream


This is the only recipe for homemade Vanilla Ice Cream you will ever need!  It’s fast and easy, and you don’t need any special equipment.

Get your ingredients!

Vanilla Bean (or extract)

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Heavy Whipping Cream

Use a knife to split the vanilla bean down the middle, then scrape out the seeds with the back of the knife.

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk and vanilla, then gently fold everything together.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream storage container or loaf pan, then freeze until firm.

Scoop and serve!
