Say hello to spring with these adorable Spring Chick Cupcakes!
Start by making a "nest" on your cupcakes using chocolate buttercream and a grass piping tip.
Press half of a snack cake or mini cupcake in the center.
Pipe on yellow frosting feathers, wings, and a tail using a small star tip.
Use a white chocolate truffle for the head, and cover that with frosting as well.
Finish with sprinkle eyes and a candy beak!
