Gather your Ingredients!

Lavender Buds

Sugar

Water

Combine lavender buds, water, and sugar in a saucepan, and stir to moisten the sugar.

Heat until thickened and pour through a wire mesh strainer to remove the lavender buds.

Allow syrup to sit and be infused with lavender flavor. Then transfer to a storage container, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Try it in a lavender latte, your favorite tea, or add to a cocktail!
