This is my favorite purple gel food coloring. Just a little bit is needed to turn your frosting and baked goods a beautiful shade of purple! Regal Purple is nice because it’s a true purple–not too blue and not too pink. If you’re looking for something more on the blue spectrum, try Americolor Violet, and if you prefer something more pink, try Americolor Electric Purple.
