Yellow Leaves

Pumpkin bread gets an upgrade with the addition of LOTS of chocolate! It's moist, perfectly dense, and loaded with pumpkin flavor.

Gather your ingredients!

Beat the eggs until they’re well blended.

Put the pumpkin puree in the bowl and beat again until well combined.

Add the sugar and vegetable oil and beat until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Gradually add this dry mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Beat until well blended.

Add the chocolate chips and hand mix until evenly dispersed.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Cool before cutting. Enjoy!
