How to make an easy mixed berry cobbler!

Make this summer cobbler with any mix of fresh or frozen berries you have on hand!

Mixed  berries

Buttermilk

Sugar

Butter

Baking powder

Flour

Corn starch

Vanilla

Combine the berries, sugar, corn starch, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Pour the berry mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.

Make the topping: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter.

Mix it together between your fingers until it is fine crumbs.

Add buttermilk and stir until just incorporated. Don't overmix!

Take scoopfuls of the topping mixture and place it on the berries in the pan.

Brush the top with more buttermilk, and sprinkle with lots of sugar.

Bake the cobbler at 350 F for 45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling. 

Enjoy!

Serve warm, with a big scoop of ice cream!
