Combine butter, egg whites, powdered sugar, and flour to make a thin batter. Divide and color it.

Place a leaf design on a baking sheet under parchment paper. Pipe over the design with your colored batter. Freeze well.

Flip the cake over and carefully peel the parchment off the bottom.

Roll the warm cake around a tea towel until completely cool, then carefully unroll.
