Make easy swirled chocolate bark out of your favorite candy melt colors, then cut out heart shapes to make cute & easy cupcake toppers. Here's how!!

Microwave 3 colors of candy melts until smooth.

Spread one color of candy melt onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Use a spoon to drizzle the other two colors on top of the first color of candy melt

Take a bread knife or mini spatula and swirl candy melts before they start to set up

Take a small heart shaped cookie cutter and cut through the candy melt bark

Pipe a generous swirl on each cupcake and cover the base of frosting with sprinkles

Top your  cupcake with candy melt hearts and enjoy!
